Every Behaviour Has a Reason.
Mini helps parents of autistic and neurodivergent children understand behaviour through Regulation First framework —so meaningful development can begin.

Before we try to change a child's behaviour, we first need to understand what their body, brain and nervous system are trying to communicate.
A CATALYST FOR SOCIAL CHANGE
For nearly two decades, Mini has been helping families understand autism beyond labels, behaviours and diagnoses. Her work is built on a simple but powerful belief:
Every behaviour has a reason, and every child deserves to be understood before being corrected.
Drawing from developmental science, sensory processing, relationship-based intervention and lived experience as a parent, Mini helps families move beyond managing behaviours to understanding the child's nervous system, building meaningful connections and supporting lifelong development.
Through PlayStreet, professional training, parent education and advocacy, she continues to inspire a shift from awareness to acceptance, from intervention to understanding, and from uncertainty to hope.
